Cloé Ing. joined Renault Trucks, a brand of Volvo Group, in 2007 and during her career worked at several entities, from Engineering, Aftermarket to Project Management for different brands of the group. She currently holds the position of Renault Trucks Customer Satisfaction Director. She brings her varied experience in electronic truck repair, product-project management, customer value management in her role to drive in cooperation with the different Renault Trucks organizations a real transformation in the satisfaction of Renault trucks customers. Her journey to lead the changes some years ago in UD Trucks in Japan and her 'Customer Experience' 'Omotenashi' live experience in Japan permitted an impulse culture change in her position. She is passionate about customer centricity culture with clear focus on driving value based on customer feedback. Her mantra “❤️Customer Satisfaction is our priority🚒” Beyond her professional background, as a native of Lyon and living in Lyon, she contributes to the influence of her city and region, in France and internationally as part of ONLY LYON network ( from sept 2015)
